Privacy Policy — Number Factory

Last updated: 19 August 2026 · Publisher: Oleksii Rotar (Alerot)

This privacy policy applies to the mobile game Number Factory (package name com.alerot.numberfactory), published by Oleksii Rotar, trading as Alerot ("we", "us"). It explains what data is processed when you play the game and who processes it.

Data we collect ourselves

None. Number Factory has no server of its own. Your game progress is stored only on your device. We do not require you to create an account, and we never see your name, email address, or any other personal information.

Advertising (Unity LevelPlay / ironSource)

The game shows optional rewarded video ads through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource Ltd., a Unity company). Ads only play when you choose to watch one. To select and deliver ads, measure their performance, and prevent fraud, the LevelPlay SDK may collect and share with its advertising partners:

  • Device and advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID)
  • IP address and the approximate (country/city level) location derived from it
  • Device information (model, operating system, language, screen size)
  • Ad interaction data (which ads were shown, viewed, or clicked)
  • Diagnostic and performance data

This data is collected and processed by ironSource, a Unity company, under the Unity Privacy Policy: https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy. ironSource retains this data only as long as needed for the purposes described there. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in your device's settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

Your consent choices for advertising

If you are in a region where the law requires consent for personalized advertising (such as the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland), you will be asked for your consent before any personalized ads are shown. The legal basis for personalized advertising in those regions is your consent; if you decline, ads are non-personalized (contextual) instead. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the game's settings.

Google Play Games Services

Signing in to Google Play Games Services is optional and is used only for achievements and leaderboards. When you sign in, Google processes your Play Games profile (gamer tag and avatar) and your scores under the Google Privacy Policy. If you do not sign in, the game works fully without it.

In-app purchases

Optional in-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play under the Google Privacy Policy. We never receive or store your name, address, or payment card details. The game receives only a purchase receipt from Google Play, which is validated on your device to unlock the purchased content.

Data transmitted in transit

All data transmitted by the advertising SDK and Google Play services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

Children

Number Factory is not directed at children under 13, or under the age of digital consent in their jurisdiction where that age is higher (up to 16 in parts of the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will work with our service providers to delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EEA/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Because we hold no personal data ourselves, requests about advertising data should be directed to ironSource/Unity via the privacy policy linked above; you can also reset your Advertising ID or withdraw ad consent in the game's settings at any time. California residents: the sharing of advertising identifiers with ad partners described above may be considered "sharing" under the CPRA — you can opt out via the same consent settings or by enabling "Delete advertising ID" in your device settings.

Data deletion

Uninstalling the game removes all locally stored progress. To exercise data rights regarding advertising data, contact ironSource/Unity via the privacy policy linked above or reset your Advertising ID. For anything else, contact us.

Changes to this policy

If the game's data practices change, this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date revised.
